Slidetec Water S Water Bath

The paraffin stretching bath Slidetec Water S is a specialized bath for histological, pathological, clinical and bacteriological laboratories for stretching and drying cut tissue samples.

The outer housing is made of powder-coated aluminum sheet. The body of the bath as well as the edges for drying the mounted paraffin sections are made of black anodized aluminum sheet. The units can be controlled via an electro­mechanical tem­perature con­troller with capillary tube sensor in the tempera­ture range from 5°C above room tem­pera­ture up to approx. 80°C. They are protected by a thermal fuse in the case of dry running. The bath is heated indirectly. Plate radiator, thermostat sensor and temperature fuse are located under the body of the bath.
