The New TN1600 Tissue Embedding Center by Tanner Scientific® was designed with histotechs in mind. It features a stylish ergonomic design and specifications to embed tissue samples and create paraffin embedded tissue blocks efficiently, comfortably and without error.

The space-saving TN1600 is a complete paraffin embedding station, featuring a 3.8-liter paraffin tank, a heated workspace, and cooling plate. The ergonomic work area is illuminated with adjustable LED light and allows for comfortable processing of specimens. All functions of the unit are controlled by an intuitive control panel that includes an intuitive user interface. Two heated trays provide a pre-warming capacity of 80 cassettes and 200 embedding molds. The TN1600 is equipped with a state of the art microprocessor that automatically regulates the temperatures of each area and container. Working hours and working days are programmable allowing an uninterrupted routine workflow.
